The Auditorium Theater

September 2011

Investigators on site: Jennifer, Tim, Tracy and Mike

Claims of activity:

This was a great case for us. We have never investigated a theater before, and we have the opinion that theaters really tend to hold on to the energy of the performances past. There is a lot of energy put into productions, both good and bad. Good being the anticipation and the excitement and the bad being the stress and anxiety. It does seem like theaters keep that energy.

We caught a couple interesting things here as well.

In this clip below, watch at the end of the hallway, you will see that constant static light which is our IR light reflecting on the wall (not the IR security camera in the corner of the ceiling- look down the actual hallway to the area beyond the last doorway). There will be a flash of light right next to it.

In this next one, it happens a second time. We tried to figure out what would cause this light flash and there is nothing down there that would be the source. We ruled out any camera flashes as all teams were accounted for and not in that area. And this only happened twice out of the 7 hours we were there.

In this last clip, we caught some voices. You will have to listen carefully and perhaps with headphones, but after what sounds like a snap, you'll hear a woman, and then a man. We can not distinguish what they are saying and we also can not determine whether or not this is a intelligent or a residual spirit conversation. We even wondered amongst ourselves if this was a residual of a past production. It is up for question as it provides no solid answers. We welcome any and all feedback on our Facebook page!
